I enjoyed the beautiful view from our room. The tub was awesome! I will stay again.
We couldn't check in until 4:00 pm. The staff was nice enough to hold our bags before our room was ready so we could walk around town.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
One major drawback was the lack of air conditioning in the room. While the windows and doors could be opened, it did little to alleviate the stuffiness, especially during hot weather.

The bathroom floors were heated and the kitchen was well supplied with pans, utensils and dishes.
Street noise was pretty awful until after midnight.

Great value, convenient location, pool and hot tub Stayed in a suite with a full kitchen, good for saving money on meals. Location is well-situated for exploring the area. Pool and hot tub area are well-maintained and clean.
Poor customer service, noisy location Staff was unhelpful when I experienced unexpected circumstances that interfered with my spa appointment. Had continued noise disruptions from early morning street traffic.

The lobby was very nice and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool area was also very nice along with the private theatre room.
The room wasn't very clean and there is no air conditioning, also, it's very noisy at night since the windows need to be left open because of the heat during summertime.

The overall appearance and design of the hotel is lovely and appealing to having a wonderful holiday. The location is awesome for visitors from out of town, it is centrally located to many of Victoria's shops, and tourist adventures
We stayed there on one of the hottest days of the summer and there was no air conditioning. I realize its eco-friendly but it was disappointing in that regard. I found the underground parking very maddening, kept turning down where the exit signs were only to find the parking stalls full, and having to back out as there were no exits.....very frustrating.

Location was great. Space was good for the cost.
Mattress was not the quality we would expect--hard and bouncy and quite uncomfortable.

A little bit on the pretentious side, staff and guests felt a little snobby in the lobby.
